International Transfers of Personal Data (Brazil)

To provide the service, personal data of users in Brazil is transferred to Korea (to us) and to the US (to our service providers).

• Method and basis: transfers under processing agreements (each provider's data processing terms).
• Countries and recipients: see the international transfers table.
• Purpose and duration: see "What we collect and what we use it for" and the table under "How long we keep it and how we delete it".
• Responsibility: we are responsible for our providers' processing. Onward transfers by a recipient are limited to its own sub-processors.
• Your rights: the Brazil rights in the table under "The United States and other countries" apply equally to transferred data.
