How to delete

This page is about accounts for viva: Stitch Your Days (developer winterlog studio).

• In the app: My gallery › Settings › Account › Delete account › Delete › confirm once more (if you signed in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm once more too). It's deleted right away.
• Without the app (no need to reinstall): email support@bang9.dev with the subject "Delete account". We don't know your email or name, so if you ever subscribed, include the order number from your subscription receipt (App Store "Order ID", or the Google Play number starting with "GPA.") and we'll find and delete that account.
• If you have no order number, reinstall the app, sign in with the same account, and delete it in Settings › Account › Delete account. In that case all that remains on our server is a random account number, a sign-in number, and any hoop summaries you uploaded.

Deleting your account doesn't end your subscription. Cancel it in the store first (How to cancel).

What's deleted and what's kept

Deleted right away: your account number and creation date, your Apple or Google sign-in link, your hoop summaries by year, the remembered subscription check, and usage counts kept by account number.

Kept: classification records that aren't linked to any account, usage events counted by random device ID (deleted automatically after about 3 months), and purchase records at the stores and RevenueCat. Deleted data remains in database backups for up to 30 days and then disappears.

For now, deleting your account doesn't automatically delete your RevenueCat purchase records; ask us at the email address above and we'll delete them. If you signed in with Apple, deleting your account in the app also removes your Sign in with Apple link. If you deleted it without the app, you can remove the link on iPhone in Settings › your name › Sign-In & Security › Sign in with Apple › viva (on Android or other devices, at account.apple.com › Sign-In and Security › Sign in with Apple).

Data on your phone (your notes, copies of attached photos) is removed when you delete the app.

When it's deleted

If you delete in the app, it's deleted right away; if you ask by email, we delete it and reply within 10 days of receiving your request (Korea PIPA Enforcement Decree Art. 43).
